Return & Warranty Policy

Please read carefully before placing an order. All products sold by Urban Garage are custom miniature models for adult collection. Due to the handmade and customized nature of our items, our return, warranty, cancellation and after-sales rules follow the terms below strictly.
Damaged Item Claims
If your item arrives damaged, defective or with missing parts, you must provide valid unboxing photos or videos within 48 hours after delivery confirmation to initiate a valid claim. We offer two solutions for qualified damaged goods: free product replacement or partial refund, which will be confirmed through mutual negotiation according to the actual damage condition.
Order Cancellation Rules
Customers are allowed to cancel orders within 24 hours after successful payment. Orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after payment, as we will start material preparation, production and arrangement immediately. In addition, change-of-mind returns are not accepted once production begins, please fully confirm product specifications and purchase demands before checkout.
Lost In Transit Policy
If the package is confirmed lost during international transit, our team will actively cooperate and communicate with the official logistics provider to trace the parcel and verify the loss. Final solutions including reshipment of goods or full/partial refund will be handled on a case-by-case basis according to logistics investigation results.
Refund Review & Processing
All valid refund and after-sales claims will be professionally reviewed within 3–7 business days after we receive your complete supporting materials. The final refund arrival time depends on the processing cycle of your original payment channel and bank institution.

Urban Garage specializes in hand-finished 1/64 scale miniature garage dioramas for adult collectors. Minor handmade texture differences are normal and do not affect product function.
