Return & Warranty Policy

Please read carefully before placing an order. Our products are custom miniature models. If your item arrives damaged, you must provide unboxing photos/videos within 48 hours after delivery. We offer replacement or partial refund for damaged goods. Change of mind returns are not accepted once production begins. Orders cannot be cancelled 24 hours after payment. If the package is lost in transit, we will work with the logistics provider to trace the parcel. Solutions including reshipment or refund will be discussed case by case. All refund requests are reviewed within 3–7 business days.
